In an attempt to help improve local culture, the
Community Center increases opportunities for citizens to experience culture,
and holds many events by lending its facilities to citizens who would like to
put on self organized enterprises.
We also hold the Civil Cultural Festival, public self improvement classes as well as the annual Coming of Age Ceremony. |
